The winner will collect the prize in person at Scruffy Murphys on Saturday 13 July 2019. The prize includes:

• £30 to spend at the bar
• Absinthropy/ Salix Babylonica Split CD
• Gorgonchrist 'The Blood of Endangered Species' CD
• Onlihtan 'The Sentinel' CD
• Taken by the Tide 'Revenge' CD

Rules:

1. Eligibility: This Campaign is open only to those who purchase an advance ticket to NeCrow Events Call of the Crow on 13 July 2019 or email necrowevents@outlook.com to express their desire to enter the prize draw. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

2. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on 13 June 2019 and ending 11 July 2019. All online entries must be received by 11 July 2019, 11.30pm BST.

3. How to Enter: The Campaign must be entered by purchasing an advance ticket to NeCrow Events Call of the Crow on 13 July 2019 or email necrowevents@outlook.com with your full name and address. You may enter only once. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Clobber Records/NeCrow Events.

4. Prizes: The Winner(s) of the Campaign (the “Winner”) will receive a £30 bar tab at Scruffy Murphys in the winner’s name on the night of Saturday 13 July 2019 (from 2pm BST), Four CDs from Clobber Records to include Onlihtan ‘The Sentinel’ (UK black metal, RRP £7.99), Taken By The Tide ‘Revenge’ (UK tech death, RRP £7.99), Gorgonchrist ‘The Blood of Endangered Species’ (UK post-industrial black sludge, RRP £9.99) and Absinthropy/ Salix Babylonica Split (UK/ Ecuador black doom, RRP £6.99). Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Clobber Records. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Clobber Records discretion. The prize is non-transferable.

5. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Clobber Records. Winner will be notified via Facebook message or email on the day of the selection of Winner. Clobber Records shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize in person by 9pm on the 13 July 2019 from Scruffy Murphys, Birmingham, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
